Flowers to Edge the Vegetable Garden
You may be perusing online or print seed catalogs and thinking about your order for the coming garden season. As you select vegetable seeds, consider some flowers to edge your beds. They not only add a splash of color but attract beneficial insects and pollinators to the garden. Here are some of my favorites from past seasons.
Calendulas edging one of the garden beds. They also make sweet little bouquets.
More violas in my garden this winter. I like to use the flowers in salads.
