Seed Season--Part 1

It’s been four years since I first published this set of posts on Seed Season. I hope you’ll find them helpful as you consider seed selection for the coming growing season.

I want seed that was raised in conditions like my own — in a low-input system — and if possible, in a geographically similar environment. You may rethink your criteria for choosing seeds as you leaf through the pages of seed catalogs or flip through a website.
